Ice cream & sorbets

Recipes true to the essential

Our ice creams stand out for their fine texture and their balance on the palate. They are made on site using classic methods, with egg yolks (rarely used today) that give them a natural creaminess and a structure without artifice.

As for our sorbets, they contain a very high proportion of fruit (65% to 75%), for a direct and intense expression of the fruit.
